This website is the U.S. Air Force's online center for public information and involvement in the Environmental Impact Statement (EIS) for Divert Activities and Exercises, Guam and Commonwealth of the Northern Mariana Islands (CNMI). The purpose of this site is to provide information on the U.S. Air Force's proposal to improve an existing airfield on U.S. territory in proximity of the Philippine Sea in support of expanding mission requirements in the western Pacific, and the USAF's commitment to the environment, culture, and people of Guam and CNMI.
