Students from Bovina Elementary School take a tour of Cannon

U.S. Air Force Senior Airman Ethan Skillings, a firefighter with the 27th Special Operations Civil Engineer Squadron, showcased how to properly don firefighting gear during a visit to Bovina Elementary School students at Cannon Air Force Base, New Mexico, on Oct. 23, 2024.

The demonstration gave students an up-close look at the protective equipment and readiness required for firefighting operations.
